D365BC Systems Analyst (Manufacturing, €85k + Benefits, Antwerp/Essen Belgium, End User)

Role

You will take ownership of a D365BC environment within a manufacturing business, delivering end-to-end support, enhancements, and improvements across the ERP. You improve system performance, user adoption internationally.

Key Skills

• Essential: D365BC Functional experience (5+ years)
• Essential: Manufacturing / Production environment experience
• Essential: Fluent Dutch and English
• Location: Ability to work onsite 3 days per week (Antwerp or Essen, Belgium)
• Strong functional expertise
• Experience supporting, enhancing, and implementing D365BC
• Workflow automation and system integration experience
• Power Platform, Azure exposure desirable
• Power BI / Data / Reporting experience
• Experience managing tickets, escalations, and working with partners
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business functions
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• You must be eligible to work in the Belgium without any restriction (No Sponsorship)
